[Linphone-developers] Linphone not making all calls

Hi,

I am new newb using linphone on both linux desktop and android. I have a voip unlock key from FreePhoneLine that I use on freephonelines for my phone calls in Canada/US. It works perfect until I make an international call, what hapens next is there is no ring and shows "Unable to authenticate. Please verify your password" or "Remote party declined the call". I the the voip provider works because I tried from other app and makes the phone calls with no problem. I guess it might be something I am doing wrong on the configuration? Please, help...

A sip trace inline with the log might shed some light on the issue.
The log contains your IP address and your user-id so only do this if you
feel comfortable with me looking at these things.

on your android phone...
enable settings->advanced->debug
click about->reset log
place the local call talk for 5 seconds and hangup.
immediately place the long distance call
immediately after the call fails
click about->send log
email it to yourself and then forward it to me.
